Day 10

Today started out with much promise. I had porkchops and rice AGAIN for brunch, and chicken and rice for my snack. THEN I had porkchop and rice for dinner.. then a HUGE burger. Folks brought it home from the hotel, so I ate it. So much for a great dieting day. Not so bad, though! Looking back, I've eaten with a lot more discipline these past 10 days than I have in a long time!

I gave myself a lifting break because my body really needs one, but I decided to shoot hoops, anyway. 40 minutes, 200 makes. Best time: 17 minutes for 100.

Tomorrow, I'm playing a real basketball game. I might do a back workout with squats tomorrow, I don't really know yet. Guess we'll see.

BTW, I'm really looking forward to seeing if the two explosiveness workouts will show any results in tomorrow's game. Squats and Clean and Jerk and Press for the win!
