Day 16 WHAM BAM I AM THE MAN!

Today was a really good day. For breakfast, I had Porkchop with Rice, then I had a whey protein shake post-workout. Snack was Porkchop with Rice again, then for dinner, I had some spaghetti. I've also been eating a lot of cheese singles. I find that it really helps me with my lifts. Oh, and I had an orange. I've been dying for some fruit, and I finally got it!

The big deal about today though, was the exercise! Gym was TOUGH!

Squats:

10 x 30kg
10 x 30kg
10 x 30kg

Power Clean:

5 x 30kg
5 x 30kg
5 x 30kg
5 x 30kg
5 x 30kg

And that's it. Outside the gym, though, I played a good hour of basketball. Crazy. I won, too.

I need more days like this.
