Day 17

Today wasn't so great, but not my worst day ever by any means! I had hotdogs and rice for breakfast, burger and nuggets from mcdo for post-workout and snack, spaghetti for dinner, and more hotdogs for a snack.

The workout today was pretty light, weight-wise.

Rear Lateral Raises:

10 x 15#
10 x 15#
10 x 15#

Basketball for 1 hour.

That's it. Tomorrow, no lifting again, but I'm going to stick to the diet (hopefully).
