Day 5

MESSED UP.

NO EXERCISE.

And get this:

Two cups of rice + four pieces of fried chicken.

Two slices of spam and two slices of bread.

One bowl of gyudon, one hotdog WITH bun, one slice Yellow Cab pizza.

:(

Tomorrow, I'm working out! And dieting.

Sigh. I guess it's not so bad. I intentionally didn't work out today. It's been a pretty heavy lifting week, and my body needed the break. The diet.. okay, THAT was bad.

Well, fall off the horse, get back on the sucker.
