Today was pretty.. average, I guess.
Didn't get much sleep. Shot some hoops over for the first time in a week.. around 30-45 minutes worth. Not much, but it's better than nothing, right?
When I got home, I had a small piece of fried pork and a cup of rice. Dinner was 3 pcs of chicken and a cup of rice from Reyes BBQ Casa. Oh, also had a 4 pack of chips A hoy.. 200 calories.
Then I did some abs work:
Crunches (Knees Up), Crunches, Alternating Crunches, Flipper Kick, Leg Raises:
20 reps each exercise
Plank Flex for 30 secs.
This day wasn't the best day, but it wasn't bad, either.

It's funny to me how shooting hoops seemed *effortless* when I was a kid, and I would do it for hours. Only as an adult, after many years of not doing it, did I try again and go, "Oh, this was a good workout, and now I suck at it!" Wish I'd never stopped! I used to love it.... Maybe something to take up again, come to think of it, though I'm sure I'd airball all my shots for the first couple of weeks.
Does this mean the ankle is almost good as new? I hope so. And yes, any is 100% better than none, so good job on the activity.
