OH MAN. NOT GOOD.
Midnight Snack AGAIN. A piece of beef, two porkchops, around 3 cups of rice.
Two McDo Cheeseburgers, Chicken Joy, Large Fries, Peach mango pie.
A little Pork Adobo, vegetable soup.
NO GYM.
Basketball for 40 minutes.

Day 21
Man, I ate a lot today. I didn't really notice how it happened.. Hmn. I don't know if today was a good day or not. I KNOW I ate a lot, but I also feel like I didn't really overeat. Weird.
Santi's Hotdog with Rice for breakfast, then Santi's Hotdog with Rice for Lunch/Preworkout. I had a Beef Bowl post-workout, then for dinner, I had half a cup of rice, a piece of chicken, a piece of Spam, and one piece of bread.
The (KICKASS) Workout:

Power Clean:
5 x 30kg

Day 20
Had a midnight snack last night.. which amounted to a LOT of Spam and rice and a siopao. I know that's part of Day 19, but TECHNICALLY, it was all consumed today. (1am)
Anyway, I think I more than made up for it! Here's today:
Whey protein shake post-workout, then I had two small pieces of chicken adobo as a snack, then beef soup and a bite of fish for dinner. Totally cut the calories on that!
My workout was pretty good, too:

Day 18
Today was an average day. It wasn't good, but it wasn't as bad as it could've been. Subscribed to the "a calorie is a calorie" school of thought. I had two chicken joys and katsudon. That's it for the WHOLE day. At least I didn't pig out, right?
No exercise whatsoever today. Tomorrow, I'll try to get into the gym, but I'm doubting it. Let's see what happens.
Oh, I also had some AWESOMENESS today, courtesy of watching THE DARK KNIGHT. Batman is the BOMB. Did I ever mention how my dream physique was the Batman costume? I'm not talking about when it was still spandex, I mean when it was more like a bullet-proof vest. Huge chest and shoulders, and a super developed back. Think I'm actually making progress towards that.

Day 17
Today wasn't so great, but not my worst day ever by any means! I had hotdogs and rice for breakfast, burger and nuggets from mcdo for post-workout and snack, spaghetti for dinner, and more hotdogs for a snack.
The workout today was pretty light, weight-wise.
Rear Lateral Raises:

Basketball for 1 hour.
That's it. Tomorrow, no lifting again, but I'm going to stick to the diet (hopefully).
